I really hope that you adore everything that you purchase from me. However, there may be times when, for whatever reason, you change your mind or something is not suitable.
Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so by contacting me by email or an instagram /facebook private message and if the order has not been posted I will cancel the transaction and a refund will be made. If the item has been posted, please follow the returns policy.
Lusciously Loopy is bound by the distance selling rules laid down by Trading Standards 2000. If you are unhappy with your goods you can return them in complete and resalable condition for a refund. You must contact me in writing or by email within seven days of receipt. You are entitled to return goods within 28 working days of receipt for a full refund (on goods purchased, not postage costs) if they do not suit your needs. This does not include the cost of return postage, for which you are responsible. It is recommended that you post them and get a proof of postage certificate so that you can make a claim if the parcel goes missing. If you are sending back good over £20 I would suggest you return using a tracked and insured method. I cannot accept responsibility should your delivery go missing.
All returns should be in the original condition and packaging. They should be packed carefully and securely with a covering letter with the invoice number on or a copy of invoice or receipt.
I will provide a full refund for the price paid for the item. The postage costs will only be refunded for a returned item if the return is a result of an error that the company has made or the goods are faulty.

- Downloadable patterns
- Patterns & books
- Crochet hooks
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Sale items
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
I will contact you once your return is received and inspected to confirm approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be made vai the method of payment you used.
