Where has the time gone! Days have passed and each night I think I will blog..then, I don't ;)
I have been busy getting samples organised for kits and now..joy of joys.. CE certification! I have only dipped my toe into the murky waters but I foresee another steep learning curve:)
Milly has been struggling with a lot of pain and her anxiety has been on high which has meant we have stayed close to home on most days. She did venture out on Wednesday night when Alan took her and Amy to swim in the river Cocker. It was a perfect evening for it and they had a great time.
On Friday Alan and Milly were booked to go to see The Jersey Boys in Carlisle. Tickets had been purchased months ago. Alan saw the Jersey boys in London and loved the show so was keen to go when we found out the sing a long show was coming. Milly likes some of the music and was also keen to go with him.
On Friday morning it looked like she wouldn't be able to make it but we talked it through and came up with some coping strategies and some options if she wasn't able to make the whole journey (My Mum and Dad live near Carlisle and were happy for her to be dropped off with them whilst Alan went to see the show)
After a good think about it she decided in the afternoon she would attempt to go.
She got glammed up and off they went!
She made it and during the interval they realised a good friend was also in the audience. They were informed that Matt from Collabro (Britain's Got Talent winners) was in the audience and Hazel took a picture of Milly with him and then, just before the show started again Milly was very brave and went down and got a shaky selfie with him :)
Not sure when I will get time to post here...even with the best intentions.....
Wimbledon starting and wading through the CE certification might keep me occupied next week :)
Love and light
