I knew Kay a little bit as she had attended the same business course as me and I knew what a lovely bubbly person she was ..I also knew that she is a businesswoman and had a very clear idea of how she wanted her shop to look and I was aware that if my things weren't right for her shop she would tell me.
Luckily some of the things were suitable and fitted in with the shops current colour theme.... once the business side of things was discussed we talked about the changing season and there are a few things that I have in the pipeline to make that she would be happy to have in the shop... I am both excited and nervous at this new venture and last night was a real mix of emotions. It is a strange feeling when you put something 'out there' that you have spent such a long time and care over.... I hope people like them and a sale would be the icing on the cake :)
Here is the little Lusciously bundle that will be in the shop...If by chance you are in Cockermouth head along to Number 15 and say that Lynn sent you :) There may or may not be some of my things in - time will tell ;) - but she has a great collection of gifts and amazing art all made in the UK.
